The Published rates and minimum stay requirements are subject to change based on seasonality and capacity.  Rates do not include the 9.7% state and local taxes.  If applicable, there is an additional $10 per night charge for pets and for additional persons exceeding standard occupancy.

A 50% deposit will be required when committing to a reservation.

For cancellations, deposits will be fully refunded (less a $35 processing fee) when notification is received 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. With less than 30 days notice, deposits will be refunded (less the $35 processing fee) only if accommodations can be re-booked. If the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date, the guest is responsible for the full rental fee, unless accommodations can be rebooked.
